Neural Message Passing for Quantum Chemistry

Paper summary

Unifies graph-based molecular prediction architectures as message-passing neural networks. Learned messages, aggregation, and graph readout are compared on quantum-chemistry prediction tasks.

Relevance to the project

Provides a clean vocabulary for distinguishing communication, state update, and output readout. Compare aggregation with the currently adopted separate incoming slots.

Graph neural networks

Prediction on fixed molecular graphs does not implement runtime rewiring.
